I want to call the list to order. Carl has used the list to offer a cash paying position which may suit subscribers, and has in turn been lampooned and preached too.
A little tolerance people please. While Carl's use of recruitment speak was perhaps unwise in this environment, I would encourage those that consider themselves to have the necessary skills and seek employment to apply for this position. If you you have a theological objection to some software say so in your application. If you suspect that the terms and conditions of the employment offered may not to be to your liking sound Carl out at the interview. Who knows if it all goes well someone on this list may receive cash from someone who wants to give them cash for their skills and efforts. For the drum n bass problems I have seen the approach where the laying of a pick axe handle on the miscreants desk prior to the commencement of amicable discussions seemed to hasten a satisfactory resolution. Ah! these young whippersnappers.. I remember when music had things like tunes. Cheers Ross Drummond PS Someone compared the Americans and British as two people divided by a common language. Maybe the same thing could be said of technical directors and Linux geeks.
