I can get you grease filled UTP cable for out doors if you want...

However...  I just put up an over head one using normal cable, I'm sure
it will die in 36 months, at which point I'll replace it... thou my
Dad's network has had cables running out side for years now.  Yes they
will fail.  No they won't last 25 - 50 years...  but do you care?

If you want out door cable then I'm happy to sort you, it's only 2 or 3
bucks iirc per meter, but seriously...  I wouldn't bother if you can
keep the cable dry(ish).  I would put a tube in thou so that you can
pull a new cable when you need to.  Some 13mm irigation pipe will do the
job and it's cheap from bunnings.
