If you're going to run it on your own box, definitely http://www.wordpress.org, very easy to set up. As you get in to it, its also simple to customise with plugins and themes. Basically unzip a tarball into a directory off your main wwwroot, set up the user and password for your MySQL, and you're away. I've set up a few people's copies so if you run into any probs I'd be happy to help. Ben
