Interesting about the regular phone-home -- as someone commented, "how
can your copy go from being legitimate on the day you installed it, to
being a pirate copy?". Obviously it can't ... therefore equally
obviously the tool does not exist for the purpose of verifying if your
copy of windows is ligit or not.

It used to phone home every day, now it seems to do so only once a week
or so. How did they change that setting? :-)

It's also alledged to be the only Active X control that doesn't get
disabled when you ask to "disable all Active X controls" :-)
