I have 10 that arrived today too - 8  of x86 and 2 of Mac (PPC
presumably)

I understand the same as Volker - one CD only which is both a livecd and an 
installer. HOWEVER  it cannot be used to upgrade an existing install.

For upgrades this is apprently the place:

so, big downloads to upgrade :(
