So's vmware ( you just have to register to get free keys ). It also has a lot 
of tools to convert real -> virtual machines, and to convert M$ virtual -> 
vmware virtual, etc.

I have images of vmware server ( 100MB ) and console ( 10MB ) if anyone would 
prefer not to waste bandwidth.
