Except that there has been sufficient oblique evidence which suggests that it is almost certain that it has been cracked by the various TLAs of the world. Newsweek had an article about how the NSA and CIA were 'Protecting the Homeland' a year or two ago. In it various claims were made which could only have been true if pgp had been cracked. Urban legend has it that the reason that Her Majesties UK Govt wants to extend the time a suspect can be held without charge to 90 days is because this is the worst-case time it takes to brute-force a pgp encrypted message. -- CS
