That refers to version 6.0 which will get rid of rc.hotplug and probably
replace it with rc.udev

are you using 'slaxconfig /mnt/path-to-save-file/slaxconf.mo' at the prompt?

they admitt there are problems but go on to say that if you use the
'changes=device' parameter at boot time it will work.

i'll look at this tonight, it may refer to a partition -

eg

'changes=/dev/sda1'

always useful to put pointers about anything on the wiki although I
recommend you wait untill you find the solution to using slaxconfig
before doing so.
