The download directories have MD5SUM files in them, the sums in those
files are correct (or there would have been a lot of jumping by now). It
can happen that a wrong sum is published, that gets corrected within
days though, but it's rather more than that since 7 Dec.

E.g.:

bd73a89fd3d397628c0d3a0a2e222937 openSUSE-10.2-GM-i386-CD1.iso
35dee66218e4814fea465a57177356d5 openSUSE-10.2-GM-i386-CD2.iso
19f17b1f3fc95bfd3e4eeed9ffb120d5 openSUSE-10.2-GM-i386-CD3.iso

You could also boot CD1 (aren't CD-RW great) and proceed to the stage
where it offers a media check, and run that, but I'd say your torrent
needs work.

If you can't get your torrent to fix the files, rsync will do it, but
rsync servers aren't so common because it creates a much higher server
load.
