Hi Don
I am hoping to be taken off the Linux chat line. Can you either take me off or tell me how to do it? The kids you taught last year are now in year 11 so they are unable to come to town as they will not be in my class pupils. We are, however looking at using the school video conferencing facilities at school. Is this any good for you? How do you see the programme continuing as I would like to suport it as much as I can?
Thanks
Errol

LES is also going to be open to the public this year so anyone can bring a machine in to have us help them work on it.

Cheers Don

That way, no end of us could fix this in our coffee break, and tell them
what's happening ( well, once X is working! )??

Yes of course it is!
I'd suggest having the Satellite [1] system running somewhere, because we are then not dependent on the vagaries of the DNS system. _BUT_ he has to have a means of connecting to the net from his Linux box first.

Has he?

Could the Horse carry that ok?
