OK. Linux applications are available for all linux distros, but each distro has its very own install method. If Don wants to make his CIA a base to make Linux Lore available, I'd seriously suggest he sticks to one of the .rpm or .deb based distros simply because the knowledge about running and maintaining those distros is much more useful on account of the market penetration of those distros.
