Looks like the delay is in it.canterbury.ac.nz, either due to it being choked 
full and having an overly gummed up queue, or due to mx.node6503.gplhost.com 
not accepting the mail for a longish period.

However as my copy of the message was delivered staright away I think the 
dealy has probably been caused by the latter, ie the singapore server being 
slow to accept it.
