If you can use a live disk of some sort to get access to the hard drive you
can open the /etc/passwd file and delete the 'x' after root:. This will
disable the password for the root account so you can log back in and type
$su
this will drop you into the root shell and you'll be able to edit
sudoers.... Or come to think of it you could just edit it while you're in
the live disk environment!! *smacks forehead*

this makes me pretty much stuck?  i'm thinking a reinstall as this install
is
only a few hours old (here I go again!).  but just in case anyone knows
how to
fix this, please let me know...
