I have seen it before. Some versions of ssh don't say what the password is for. It could be that the first password entry is a passphrase for an ssh key (either rsa or dsa). Have a look in ~/.ssh and see if there is a id_dsa or id_rsa file in the directory. <snip> Later Lee Begg
