Hi I've got an acer travelmate 2310 running Ubuntu 6.06. I've had an
issue with some of my keyboard keys not working I've just
        pulled the
top off and found that one of the keyboard locking pins wasn't
        locked,
so I sorted that out and my keyboard is fuctional - sort of.

the main issue is around the embedded numerical keyboard by
        default this
is on for some reason so to type on the majority of the right
        hand side
of the keyboard i have to press down on the "fn" key. You can
        imagine
how much of a pain that is....

My other issue is with the touchpad I normally have the middle
        button
set up as a scroll but it's set up to right click. I know this
        is an
easy fix as I've done it before but can't remember how I did it.

        Any pointers?

        Kerry
