Resource Center at St Albans

Hi,
another quick question..
the resource center at St Ablans, is it possible to have a look around? and
does it cost to look around/use as ive never been to it before and just
wondering if i can have a poke round so then if i can get to a CLUG meeting
then i know what to expect...
