Kia ora everyone, I'm trying to suss a way to simulate a slow internet connection. http://wanem.sourceforge.net/ looks like a nice app to do this, but really would love a simple solution that doesn't involve me downloading 500MB, burning a cd and figuring how to use it. I'm sure it'd be worth the effort one day. For now, I just need to easily simulate someone on dialup accessing the site I'm working on. I'm running ubuntu 7.04.
