Every month I get one or more automated emails from "TelstraClear 
Administrator" saying I have used more than my monthly quota and will be 
charged for extra blocks.

I have not been charged yet for any of these - each month I just pay the normal 
monthly charge for internet access.

Has anyone else been charged for extra blocks ? Or maybe their billing system 
doesn't add these charges.

I am puzzled.
