Don,

I'd suggest the KISS principle.

Describe what you have implemented or are using on a daily basis. Have a 
printout or presentation based upon that and then flesh it out based on 
audience responses.

Any questions can then accurately be answered by yourself based upon your 
working installation.

I would rather see one topic covered in-depth 45- 60 minutes plus questions 
and discussion rather than a shot-gun approach where people leave with a 
brain frizz....

These are my thoughts and they have no monetary value.
