Hi, I have never managed to get used to Dolphin, the new file manager
that is the default for Hardy, despite giving it a go for a while to see
if I could get used to it. IMHO konqueror is a far better featured
application and I am now at the point of being annoyed every time it
popped up. It was not obvious how/where to change the default but a
quick google revealed

and now I'm happier. This link brought to my attention the absence of
kcontrol - KDE Control Centre - from my KDE menu. This being a very
useful tool for all sorts of tweaks, I'll now turn to figuring out how
to rectify that.
