My rating is based on ability to get help. I.E. Web page help, webmail, settings info, setup guides etc; helpdesk wait times (their helpdesk staff have been helpful though) Xtra have similar complaints plus their helpdesk staff are often not helpful (would probably be better if English was not their second or third language). Try, in comparison, Orcon. Go to their home page and with only one click you have all of their common settings. Hardly ever have to wait more than just a few minutes and staff are always easy to understand. And their new plans are usually between 3 and 4 Mbps. Rob
