Steve commented about the spec being finished.

We should be going back to the RFC and saying that ; should be included. It's a logical upgrade. Popular and used else where.

Perhaps there's reason why ; shouldn't be used.

I don't know what those reasons are.

I guess my point is about learning 'how' to get things done.
