New ISP Suggestions

After 3 years of trouble free service Slingshot has installed ppp peers 
that my linux machine can't communicate with. Does any one have 
suggestions for Linux-friendly dial-up or broadband services in 
Christchurch?  My telephone provider is Telstra.
