Apache could be a huge task, depending on what server side stuff is 
installed.... you may need databases, php, perl, tomcat... the list is endless. 
The same, for example is true for mail: malware, spam protection, etc need to 
be migrated as well, making for a bigger project than expected.

Mailman is a better task to start with, although a database migration may be a 
better starter because it can be accessed locally as well as remotely, so can 
be transferred on its own.
