I want to be able to turn things on and off from a linux server. I am competent with the wiring side of things from the relay to the appliance. I know nothing about the control side from the computer to the relay board. Someone suggested ModBus. I googled, but was overwhelmed with hits, none of which seem to be a good beginners' starting point. Yuri
