OT: Telecom & Youtube

I'm having difficulty getting to youtube on multiple machines OS / 
browsers at my house .. Telecom is ISP restarted router etc ..
Anyone using Telecom .. that can verify I'm not losing my mind here!?
FYI I have no proxies in the way ..
