Cable is actually pretty tough stuff. I once helped someone lower a hefty old wooden desk out a second-story balony and all we had was a 20 metre length of coax cable with RCA connectors.
A couple months later I needed a spare cable to run composite video to a projector - grabbed this and it worked perfectly.
