I don't know that this is possible with the scheme that you've proposed. When it comes down to it, you only have 1 mouse PS/2 port, and only 1 SVGA port. I guess if you have more than one videocard, and attached a serial mouse to the serial port, you might be able to rig something up like what you've proposed. But I'd have to ask, why bother?
