I recommend staying away from the ASUS TUSL2-C MB.  Its an 815 unit but a real POS, 
not worth any time or 
money.  My best unit so far for P3 cpu's has been the Tyan Trinity 400 S1854.  I have 
12 of them and they are all 
operating flawlessly, P3-1G and DeCeleron 700's
