As someone else commented, you are playing with fire in a tinderbox. upgrading glibc improperly will render your system 100% broken. i'd strongly urge you not to screw with RPMs for glibc unless you don't care about spending alot of time trying to recover. See the SxS for glibc for a far safer method of upgrading glibc. Also, i don't understand why you're having problems with gtk-gnutella.
