I think there might have been one a very long time ago (we're talking over a year ago), but it was removed because it was: 1) Outdated 2) No longer needed
Compiling openssl and/or openssh is as easy as: ./configure make make install As long as you install the new openssl before building the new openssh everything will be fine.
