I have (or am in the process of completing) switched to Gentoo at home. I
'could' even do this on my workstation at work.

However, as nice as Gentoo is, I don't see how it could be used in a
production environment. Meaning that the install phase is very intensive. We
could not do this on every customer system.

So, I will probably limit my playing with Gentoo to home.
