My /home partition came from my old Caldera install, which had OOo installed from download. This could be my problem! Are you saying that RH8's OOo calls it ooadmin? Maybe I'm having issues because RH's OOo is different from OOo's OOo and I'm using left over pieces of OOo from my Caldera install that's conflicting with what RH8's OOo is expecting. Well, something to try when I get home...
Thanks, Tim

Are you using the OO that came with RH8, or did you download it separately? On Mon, 2002-12-09 at 12:20, Tim Wunder wrote:On 12/9/2002 2:43 PM, someone claiming to be Aaron Grewell wrote:OO uses its own list of fonts, as you have discovered. To edit the list, run oopadmin and whack the fonts button. You can add andPerhaps you mean 'spadmin'? None of my TTF's appear there (at least not Comic Sans MS), what are the odds that font came suplied by OOo...
remove fonts available to OO there.
*sigh* /me is very frustrated, at this point...
Thanks for the pointer, though.
