Their BIG ERROR! "World Class Managers" are akin to "Educational
Administrators". Neither have been in the trenches for over 20 years,
if ever. If they get rid of 'em they may be able to climb out of their

But therein lies the catch. Once the VC's "own" you, you can't get rid of their hand picked management. Its a deal with the devil.
