I went ahead and bought the Pioneer AO4A , due to the proliferation of cheaper media DVD-R, over the less available DVD+R. It would also seem to be that the old betamax/vhs saga is being waged out there, but the pioneeer is the most popular NOW, as such it might win out. Price is a vast consideration with the Pioneer which is also able to burn at 4X with the AO5A, 15min for 4.7gig. I am able to burn at 2X only and 8x cd-r. -- Keith Antoine (GANDALF) aka 'skippy' 18 Arkana St, The Gap, Queensland 4061 Australia PH:61733002161 Retired Geriatric, Sometime Electronics Engineer, Knowall, Brain in storage _______________________________________________ Linux-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe/Suspend/Etc -> http://www.linux-sxs.org/mailman/listinfo/linux-users
