A lot of the students at the local highschool are giving linux a go. Since all teens have more to say to each other than a normal day permits time, they spend a lot of time chatting on msn, icq and what have you. The chat program "everybuddy" works well on msn and aim but nothing anyone types on icq gets to the other end. Licq on the other hand works as it should. I've talked most of them through downloading and compiling/installing licq and for the most part they are pleased with the result. Does anyone happen to know why there is a problem with "everybuddy" and icq?
