I say, if I'm not mistaken, because I've never actually tried to set any of this up. But, I just took a quick look at the configuration screens, and it looks as if it all is functional.

One 'solution' (dang, I hate that word) I ran across awile ago is at:

It supposedly works somewhat like Surf Control. It is available as an ISO/mini-distro based on Debian IIRC. It is available as a GPL download, with add-on commercial services if you want them.

I may need to implement something like this in the not-too-distant future, and this one seems to do what I need.
