I've run into this before and it was so silly it made backward sense. Something along the lines of changing the measurement increments from mm to inches and it changes the paper options from European to US.

This worked for me for the KDE apps and the change to /opt/OpenOffice.org/share/psprint/psprint.conf worked for my OpenOffice problem. Anyone got any ideas for Mozilla?
