I think it would be very interesting if people like Doug Michels and Dion Johnson were required to testify. Doug has already said in fairly strong terms that he doesn't approve of the current SCO's actions. Who knows what kind of termination agreements the ex-sco folks had to sign when they left the company. I think it's safe to say that some were paid well to keep their mouths shut after they left SCO.
