Sorry, I wasn't clear, I meant the package you're trying to install, not rpm itself.
It's not Red Hat specific in any way, but I've been using the slightly earlier version with no problems. And, in fact, this one is working fine now. Whereas yesterday bash kept telling me it couldn't find that particular file (wx-config). An uninstall, re-install seems to have fixed it.
