I'm sure you've probably done this but have you turned the printer OFF since it
started doing this?? Sometimes when a printer gets sent some crapola... it will get
farkled royally (excuse the technical terms) and it will have blown its mind. The
only way to fix it is to 're-boot' the printer with a power off/on.
I had a similar problem with an HP5L when I installed SuSE 7.2 and was trying to get
it to print.
