I used to get this error trying to send e-mail to various domains we build
sites for.
Sending e-mail to mail.domain.com while connected to verizon.net, my old ISP,
would get me the relay error. Verizon was telling me they would not relay
mail using a smtp server besides their's. Not sure if I explained that
correctly...heh.
