David Bandel is a secondary mail server for linux.nf. This means that
_should_ some mail from any given sender decide that linux.nf primary (Doug
Hunley) is unavailable, it will pump to pananix. That doesn't begin to
explain the 'bad relays' but I thought I should mention this so the rest of
you know it aint plain-vanilla, when you send to this mailing list.
Incidentally, we chose David Bandel geographically, since we assume Panama
would be very 'stable'. No one in their right minds would invade it would
they?
