Andrew, you will discover that this group does a lot of nitpicking.  There
are a lost of <plonks> and LARTs and complaints about trolls (real or
imagined).  A lot of what is said is under the rubrik of <grin> even if
not expressly stated.

Stick around, contribute, enjoy the technical stuff, and above all develop
a thick skin.
