I would really like to learn to use the convert program that comes with
caldera 2.4. I just can't seem to figure it out from the man page. For
example, I can't figure out how to make a number of tiff files into one big
tiff file. I follow the directions but no joy. If I try to combine two
files, the resulting file is twice
as big as the original, but neither xv nor gimp can read the second image in
the file. So, I am in bad need of some image reading.
Is there a home page or a tutorial for convert someone could point me to?
