I'm not sure what could be the problem, but six CD's? Although not all CD's are made equal, this could be a hardware problem. I've switched to using Kodak CD's. Ive yet to make a coaster using them. Most of the people I work with use Memorex CD's but I've had rotten luck with them. I use an HP 9150i burner.
