Finally got around to testing my CD Writer with new CDRs -- TDK, 100% certified Music CD-Rs. Burned using KonCD version 0.9.8. After plaing the first 3 tracks without a hitch, track 4 skipped about half-way thru. Frustrating... looks like I'll have to replace my burner. Unfortunately, I have no free IDE slots (3 IDE HDDs and an IDE CDROM). I'll have to remove my little 2.4 GB WD drive, which is used for my swap partition, if I want to make room on the IDE chain, or buy another SCSI drive.
