Well... if you've got ICS up and running on the windows box all you should have to do is set the windows machine's ip as the gateway on the linux box. You'll also need to configure your dns servers... if ICS has any kind of dns forwarding/caching/whatever setup you can then just set the windows machine's ip as the dns server as well. Alternatively, if that doesn't work, then you use the same dns servers as the windows box. If you don't know these already they can be discovered by running winipcfg on the windows box and selecting the adaptor which you are using to connect to the internet.
