You can run a httpd server on a diff port :) just ask someonde do the the
redirection for you. This will still be illegal but you can run a firewall
to DROP not REJECT all connections an allow the httpd which will be running
at some insane highport like over 60000. Most ISP will not scan over 1024
anyway.
