I'd be interested in the results of a traceroute to port 80 (such as
traceroute -p 80 www.kurtwerks.com. Presumably, if port 80 is being
blocked at my ISP's router, traceroute to port 80 should stop at their
router, while a traceroute to an unblocked port (such as 25) won't be
blocked. However, I may not know what I'm talking about.
